Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Reacher GX is a rechargeable alarm clock with a built-in vibrating bed shaker and an extra-loud audible alarm. It is designed to provide a more noticeable wake-up signal without requiring a separate wired vibration pad.

You can choose from three wake-up modes:Sound only,Vibration only,Sound and vibration together.Use vibration-only mode for a quieter wake-up, or combine sound and vibration when you need the strongest reminder.

The audible alarm can reach up to 110 dB. The volume is adjustable, so you can choose a lower setting for everyday use or a stronger setting when ordinary alarms are not enough.

GX provides five vibration levels, from P1 for a lighter reminder to P5 for the strongest vibration. We recommend starting at a lower level and increasing it until you find a setting that reliably wakes you.

Yes. Select vibration-only mode and place the clock under your pillow for a quieter wake-up without an audible alarm. Because vibration can travel through some mattresses and bed frames, your partner may still feel some movement depending on your bed setup.

For the strongest tactile signal, place GX flat under your pillow. Make sure it is secure, not folded inside bedding, and positioned where you can feel the vibration comfortably. You can also keep it on a bedside table when using sound mode.

No. GX has a built-in rechargeable battery, so it can operate without a power cord while placed under your pillow or taken on a trip. Return it to the magnetic charging dock regularly so it is ready for the next alarm.

Press the SNOOZE button while the alarm is active to pause it for nine minutes. You can use snooze repeatedly if you need more time. To stop the alarm for the day, press the alarm button while it is ringing. The alarm remains scheduled for the next day unless you disable it.

Yes. The ambient light sensor can automatically adjust the display brightness according to the room. Do not cover the light sensor on top of the clock. To control brightness manually, switch off auto-dimming and use the side brightness dial.
